if you chose to use orly taitz's lawsuits as proof of your argument then i'd prepare to be perpetually disappointed. not only hasn't orly won a single case in her legal career, she's been fined $20,000.00 for her incompetent courtroom antics and has successfully alienated/gone to war with most of the other birthers she's come in contact with ( phil berg, gary kreep, joe arpaio, mike zullo, jerome corsi,......).
To date well over 100 birther lawsuits have been filed in state and federal courts (and I'm sure wrecking ball will be along any time now to give you the exact number).

It simply mandates that everyone have health care. If you already get HC from your employer, there is no change. If you don't, you will need to buy a policy or get fined. You will no longer be able refuse to get insurance then show up at the ER when you get sick and pass the cost onto those who are insured.
No you haven't. You do know that every time we borrow more money the purchasing power of that dollar becomes unstable. Since the dollar isn't on the gold standard anymore (biggest mistake,btw) we depend on investors like the FED, China and other countries to invest their money in the treasury notes. If the Federal Reserve or China announces today hey we are not going to lend anymore more money we are really screwed. What do you think will happen? If you say nothing you are clueless about how the dollar works. Keep in mind we aren't on the gold standard anymore. A value of something is only worth what value is invested in it. You think we just miraculously believe the government to say oh the dollar is strong and we'll just take their word for it? No, that is not how it works. It's like saying your credit score is strong because you're are severely in debt with a huge unpaid credit card bill. That's basically what the government has been doing and is why we are in the mess we are in now because of the addition of Bush's 5 trillion and Obama's 6 trillion increasing our unpaid debt ceiling to 16 trillion. The government needs to stop running up the national credit card. It's that simple. It's no wonder why we lost our AAA credit rating. We need surplus not more debt. We need more fiscal responsibility by limiting the spending on our national credit card and create more companies and jobs that can create more revenue to actually help pay it off. You just don't pay off you're credit card bill using another credit card and say my credit rating is strong. It's like trying to keep your car without making payments. It's just a matter of time before the bank repo it. The same applies to our government. Look at what happened to Greece and Japan we are no exception. It's just straight forward common sense my friend.

Don't forget to also mention Obama signing off on adding 6 more trillion to our debt. Obama in 2008 promised he would cut the national debt in half but instead increased it to 16 trillion. Um, yes they do or they wouldn't to become rich in the first place. You need employees to help run your company..hello. If they cut workers in this country is because the government is getting in their way by creating an expensive unattractive (high taxes, too much red tape etc.) environment to do run their operations. You start taking away more money from that business in the name of redistribution you make it harder for them to expand or keep the employees they have making it unaffordable to do so. I use to own a business I know.

We have some of the strictest environmental laws in the world which in many cases have went way over board forcing some of the companies to take jobs outside the country (out sourcing). You may want to lecture China on this since it's okay for them to drill for oil off our coast and not us and have one of the worse records for exploiting their workers. As for boom times we had way more environmental regulations since then and it hasn't stopped yet. As we already know not everyone (poor people too) can afford GM's over priced Volt or placing solar panels on their house. The fact is we will be on fossil fuels for a long time. We don't live in a Star Trek Next Generation world. It's time to get real.

Well then he could help allot of people by showing his records to Trump for $5 million dollars to a charity of Obama's choice, why doesn't he do it? I am not a birther but since it is no big deal why not just do it?
Are you kidding? TRUMP could help a lot of people without the foolishness, why doesn't he do it? If their was any goodness in Trump's heart, he would do it, Obama aside. Did your parents teach you to submit to bullies? At this point it's a matter of principle. If I were Obama, I woudn't give Trump the time of day. No other POTUS has had to show their birth certificate, school records, transcripts, college applications and passport to the public. What's different about this one? I think we all know. He never should have shown his birth certificate Clearly nothing he ever does will ever be enough for the crazy fringe element who will see him as nothing more as another ******.

1) Obama LIED to the American people about the Libya attacks. For two weeks, he stated that it was the result of a video, when e-mail confirmations show that the state department knew that it was a coordinated terrorist attack the day of the attack. 6) Obama is the least open president in history, despite what he called for. Why else would he have his records sealed and have paid millions to have them sealed? Obama: Where have all his records gone?
7) Obama could very well be a closet Muslim. 8) Obama is very well likely not a natural born American citizen, considering that he himself stated that he was born in Kenya, as did his wife, Michelle, stating that Kenya was his home country. Furthermore, Obama had some of his written work published stating that he was born in Kenya, and that he was raised in Indonesia and Hawaii. What's more, the electronic birth certificate released, years later, was as fake as they come, showing layers. When it was released and Obama was receiving a lot of flack about it, all of a sudden, surprise, Osama Bin Laden was found to provide a distraction and escape. Never mind the fact that it had been reported that Bin Laden was near death some seven or eight years earlier. This makes him a usurper, not eligible to hold the office of the president of the United States
his records are not "sealed" nor has he spent millions to "seal" them. they are private records that are protected under the same privacy laws that protect yours and mine.
Like tax returns.
