I referred to a link where someone expressed her opinion. One I agree with, why else would I do it? "Hollow man", "Empty suit", pretty much are references to the salesman Mythster taking advantage of some clueless people and political opportunities. That's who he is. That's what he does. Oh, by the way, I did make a donation the way the Red Cross asked for it. It is not hard, but may be a bit too anonymous for some.
So, you believe in a total lie...got it....no where in ANY statement does Romney state he wants to dismantle FEMA....
If this is the ONLY time you have donated to Red Cross, sorry, I have donated to Red Cross for the last 20+ years.....
And it appears you may have missed this post, but continue on with your leftist lies....

See how easy that can get misconstrued........well not really, but you lefties will do what ever it takes to throw something against the wall to stick...
I think I'd rather get a ticket or a boot by parking in midtown in a no parking zone then to have my car like that, wouldn't you?
This wasn't some epic storm. Minor property damage, beach front insurance issues, and some stupid people who stayed in homes they didn't have any business staying in that close to the water.
To say the people who had flooded cars experienced some form of tragedy is just silly.
Even including the no parking zones, there simply really isn't any place to move your car to. How oten have you been to NYC??
To say this wasn't some epic storm is absurd. Highest surge in history these areas have seen, entire neighborhoods are leveled.

These areas have ever seen. Katrina saw 38 foot storm surges. Even the whole "lowest barametric pressure" thing isn't true, its true for North of North Carolina, but it pales in comparison to other storms in the gulf and along the Atlantic.
Its only going to run an estimated 20 billion to recover it, thats minimal damage, especially because of the high population center.
The only things that made this storm special was how big it was, and where it hit. And still, even with all that size, and all that water, it could only manage 8 foot of storm surge at high tide, 12 in the bay areas around New York where it got trapped.

No point arguing with him. He knows better what you are experiencing than you do yourself.
That five feet of standing water outside? That neighborhood burning down around the corner? That raw sewage creeping into your home?
Pay it no mind. It just a minor inconvenience.

Not that big of a deal.
Of course this wasn't Katrina. However, that doesn't mean this wasn't an epic storm.

Your the one saying it had such a low barametric pressure and high storm surge. Compared to other storms this one was weak. Its only news because of where it hit, and most of the power is restored, and most of life is already back to normal.
