Sandy threatens 1

Obama canceled campaign stops in Virginia and Colorado early next week because of the hurricane and was planning to remain at the White House, his spokesman said Saturday.

President Barack Obama on Sunday visited the National Response Coordination Center at FEMA Headquarters, where the deployment of federal resources and teams to states up and down the East Coast will be coordinated, the White House said.

I bet there is someone on this board who will find fault with this. Somehow.

Here's mine.

Maybe he learned something from the Bengazi debacle?

Or perhaps this storm has a direct impact on the voters where the Bengazi debacle only appeals to the right?

Are we supposed to applaud him for doing his job? And did Obama only cancel his campaign stops after Romney canceled his?

Aaaand we're off.

Be honest: if Obama had moved first in canceling his campaign stops, you'd accuse him of grandstanding.

If he had waited longer, you'd accuse him of not doing enough.

All through his Presidency, whenever there has been a National Disaster, President Obama has been quick to react.
This anti-Obama stupidity must stop.

I'm sorry to say but MOST of the anti-Obama hatred has nothing to do with his politics.

Yep, the people afflicted with ODS* won't be satisfied until he personally starts filling sandbags along the Jersey shore. (And then they'll accuse of grandstanding and ignoring his other duties.)

Right. He kept his plans for a campaign rally in Las Vegas after Americans were killed in Benghazi. Quick to react? Not so much. More like he looked like campaigning was more important.
