There are a few posters who are spamming the board with threads about Romney winning, yet they refuse to vote in this poll. I've already challenged a couple of them and doubled the stakes. If 3 of them whom I've already named vote in this poll, I'll vote and I'll doube the time if I lose. Still no takers.

Frugality, who is in charge of confirming that the losers follow thru on their bets?

I think whomever that is needs to call out and link to violations of their wager.
