It's too late. Minds are made up. Last month's report did pretty much nothing for Obama even though it was widely viewed as favorable. People base their assessment of the economy on their personal circumstances. To that end, consumer confidence,spending and home prices are sharply up and most polls show folks see things getting better.

I think the unemployment number will climb a little, but it wont matter, most people already know who they will vote for.

If its tragic, those who havent voted and undecided might be swayed, but thankfully for Obama, he pushed early voting.

I saw that 10000 boomers retire every day. That's 300,000 or so per month leaving the work force.

Remember whatever it is to add about 10% more for those who have given up trying to find a job. They don't count them anymore.
