This is what real voter intimidation looks like, and it's being attempted by the Tea Party group that goes by the name True The Vote:

"One person told the elections board that she attended True the Vote training sessions and the observers were instructed to use cameras to intimidate voters when they enter the polling place, record their names on tablet computers and send them to a central location, and attempt to stop questionably qualified voters before they could get to a voting machine."

True the Vote observers barred from Franklin County polling places | Dispatch Politics

This group has been barred from several predominantly black polling places in Ohio because they falsified documents requesting observer status in the polls. That is a fifth degree felony in the state for which they may be investigated after the election.

So according to your links, at the same time that these NBP are "intimidating" voters by standing there, there are Navy SEALs also standing there, watching people go to vote... yet not a damn thing is being said about them?

In response to those "thugs" doing what? How is what the Navy SEALs are doing any different? Both groups are just standing there, watching people show up to cast their votes. Please breakdown the difference.

Using your logic, by those Navy SEALS just standing there and watching Blacks show up to cast their vote, they are intimidating Black voters. How is what the SEALS are doing different than what the NBP are doing?

"In 2008, Jerry Johnson, a member of the New Black Panther Party was accused of voter intimidation outside a Philadelphia polling place. The following year, he was charged in a federal lawsuit, though most of those charges later were dropped by the Justice Department. Four years later, a report spread across the country via Twitter that Johnson was back at the same polling place.

Johnson is reported to be on the scene in 2012 – in an official capacity. He now is an elected city committeeman, Fox News said it had confirmed."

Election 2012

So, he's been elected by his community, he's at a polling station in official capacity, a polling station in a predominantly black neighborhood where presumably he's not intimidating black voters.

That method is old and out of date man. These days you place that night stick in another place
