What if there was a Klan member or White Supremest standing at the door ? Can you imagine the screamers ?

No one should be allowed within 100-300 feet of a polling place.

They're allowed to stand there. All this guy is doing is standing there. Big whoop. If a white supremacist wants to stand there as this guy is, that's his right.

The preezy gave them permission to intimidate voters, but after Jan 2013 he won't be the prezzy anymore.

There are many states that restrict who hangs around a polling area to prevent any form or claim of "Intimidation". In TX, we have a 100 ft setback. Personally I like that.

If they are a NBPP, Klansman, Nazi, Supremist or Bozo the clown there is no reason for having anyone with a cause hanging at the election center.

If he is following the laws of the state he is in, he can stand where he likes.

He appears to be simply standing there.

And that I can agree. I'm surprised some other group doesn't show up to be the doorman also.

Don't know Pa law, but if he were in NH he would be across the street at a minimum. At my polling place there will be people across the street, there always is. usually the ones trying to get you to switch at the last moment.

No one here tries to intimidate.

1. How do you know they aren't abiding by whatever restrictions are in place?
2. The Conservatives have a much bigger movement (True the Vote) where they're placing people inside the polling places to watch voters...
