Vote count keeps ping ponging. Now that Obama has won Wisconsin, if he wins Ohio, Florida, Virginia, North Carolina, Colorado, and New Hampshire can all go to Romney, and it just won't matter.

CNN has WI as 1% counted with Romney at 57%. I think it will eventually go Obama, but I don't think it should be considered a win with 99% of the vote uncounted.
