I wish it'd just be a national thing.

That makes nine states where it will be legal.

The tenth state will be California if the United States Supreme Court denies cert when it considers in conference whether to take the Prop 8 case on November 20.

The trend is very clear. There will be more states next year. It is not a question of "if" it will be legal nationwide but "when".

This is great, and happy the voters in these states believe in equality.

Also today well yesterday lol, Spain passed equality in marriage in its great nation.

There is plenty of states and nations that offer same sex marriage and it has had 0 effect on families or compromise heterosexual marriages.

Congrats citizens of Maine, Maryland, and Washington.

I'm proud of myself. I'm a Christian, but now see the bigger picture. I voted in support of ssm.
