So I can go out for a nice, quiet meal without having it ruined by a table full of screaming kids? Maybe I'm missing something, but I really don't see this as a liberal/conservative issue; it just seems like a great idea.

A sin is a sin, whether it be lust or fornication. No chaperon can prevent sin from occurring.
