That doesn't work.
Who is forcing people to buy medical insurance and calling them free riders and demanding they take "personal responsibility"....but never hear they demand they get a job and take "personal responsibility"...so when the same crowd demands you buy food stamp insurance or unemployment insurance you going to vote for them?

Talk about out of touch. That little twit is an embarrassment and a non-person. You know.....about as important politically and intellectually as, oh, say, Khloe Kardashian.

OP you are right on point, GOP needs to revaluate their platform and tone down the rhetoric on social issues, as any extreme is just that.

Seriously, he had no street cred at all. Then you slapped Palin on the ticket. Palin, who would've been President if McCain had died .. he's old .. bear with me. Palin as President? My heart quivers when I even think of that.

Are you F!$^%ng serious? And Paul Ryan now? Are you kidding me? That guy wants to own a woman's uterus. I got a wife. Let me tell you something. It's hers. Not yours. Get a clue.

Switch your bases GOP or get ready to fail forever. I ain't voting for people that want to control me or my wife's body parts.

You've got ideals I strive for. Then you hit me with all the anti-gay, anti-women, anti-minority (soon to be a majority) BS and I just go ..."Hell, no" and vote Dem. Please, please, please, give me something, someone .. who isn't so far Right that I puke.

Please.
america is now a land of gimmes.

we should give people nothing, except the drive to make it, and compassion for each other.

i hope it does melt down under the pro gay, pro women, pro illegal, pro minority obama-because a divided country cannot stand, nor should it.

frankly, favoring abortions for birth control(which actually kill some women) doesn't really seem all that pro woman to me..but what the heck.

statistically, it doesn't look so good for minority citizens either- but the stupid, it does burn.

Your frustration and comments are on point, but expect them to fall on deaf ears inside the Party. Stubbornness and intolerance of dissent, intolerance of philosophical diversity is the name of the game in the GOP these days. Conservatives have not found a way to exist harmoniously with moderates, and don't want to, while at the same time libarals HAVE found a way to exist harmoniously with moderates.

I'm tired of watching the GOP trying to control people's behavior through legislation/government and then insisting at the same time that they STRONGLY believe in small government. Conservatives are the same as liberals when it comes to big vs. small government- each has a list of personal behaviors they want government out of the way of (small government) and a list of personal behaviors they want government all up in the middle of dictating to everyone (big government). Conservatives ought to come out and admit that they are FOR big government sometimes and stop lying and acting like legislating people's behavior is small government.

Bolded that. You can't tell me you don't believe in government non-interference while straitjacketing your constituency.

Bull. Try driving at night. We give people roads, street lights and ambulances. We give people fire protection and police protection. We give a lot.
And we need that.

I don't favor abortion. I don't want those cells to die. However, I don't believe my belief trumps a woman's decision. This is basic. What if the government declared all men should have their balls cut off after age 30. I'm sure some men would have a problem with this. They're my balls. Not the government's. Why should women be treated any differently? It's like they are breeding stock owned by men.

Romney was a bad candidate. I know republicans who said they didn't vote because of that. But that was one of a number of reasons why Romney lost.

Reading your posts, I don't think any GOP candidate would meet with your approval and I don't care who you votged for in 2008..You talk anti women? What have the GOPs as a whole done to appear anti women? Anti Gay: what have they done to appear anti gay and anti minority, explain that one: you can't!!! I can think of only a few things and they certainly do not spell anti anything but anti free everything: anti women: why, because insurance companies should be required to pay for controceptives: do ins companies cover condoms? Anti gay, because some do not believe in same sex marriage, even though marriage was meant to be between one man and one woman? Republicans are not attempting to take equal rights away from anyone. Anti minority, because they don't want to have open fences so just anyone can come into the country? None of these examples spell anti anything...

Magan McCain will do anything but shake up the party. Some young women might be able to make an impression and help but she certainly isn't one of them...How about Chaneys daughter?
