Joe Biden succeeds him - but realizes the unpopularity of this outcome and his own woeful lack of qualification for the job - so he resigns in turn.

Next in the line of succession is Speaker John Boehner. He sees his opportunity and decides that he can be more effective continuing as Speaker then by being president, so he appoints Mitt Romney as his Vice President per the 25th Amendment - and then resigns.

Mitt Romney then becomes the 47th President of the United States (and 4th in two months) and appoints Paul Ryan as V.P.

Are you seriously off of your meds or are you just smoking too much crack with a meth mainline?

1.Joe Biden has more experience than everyone you just named(except Obama himself, yes being president is the best experience you can have for the job, lol) so why would he resign

2. the Bengahazi argument wouldnt be impeachable, and if it was then GWB would have been removed from office, Obama hasnt violated the War powers act and even if he had, the constitution supersedes it where it says the president is the commander-in- chief of the US armed forces.

3. John Boehner would not select Mitt as his running mate, it would more likely be Ryan than Romney, im basing that on Boehners speech back in 10' when asked about none elected officials assuming an office,he said if it was his choice, he wouldnt choose one.
