I am glad to see people continue to stereotype WV. We are a blue state as a whole due to social programs. Part of the election may have been due to race, but Obama didn't do well in rural areas and there are no large cities in WV.

As far as this race is concerned I want a democrat to win, but as much as it pains me to say Capito hasn't been horrible and is quite moderate, unless she pulls a Romney and becomes severely conservative.

West Virginia has went from a deep Democratic state(with the exceptions of the 72 and 84 landslides)to becoming a state that has went red in 4 straight elections,by larger margins each year. In November it went 62% for Romney.
Has went? And you used it twice, so I doubt it was a typo.
Anyway, I hope she beats his lying butt.
