Furthermore, I voted for some Libertarians. Last time I checked, Cuba isn't exactly the place for Libertarians. If you intend to make crass comments, I would at least come up with something more logical.

Cuba is definitely quite the opposite of libertartianism.

This is how I see the "Cuba" comment. It was made out of anger towards anyone who doesn't have admiration for the GOP. Basically, it was a partisan slight.

So, as expected, we have a lame duck Congress controlled by Pubs for two years. More Republican nonsense will be on display than just the crap that was confined to the House. Now the world gets to laugh at BOTH Houses of Congress. The ideology of the Pubs still reeks, as the stench of Bush still remains. Pubs have not shown that they have any solutions to the problems which plague this country, problems they either created or continue to make worse.

President Obama has veto power over the Republican crap that will come out of Congress and Pubs in Congress can't override that veto by themselves.

2016 will see major changes in Congress overwhelmingly favoring Dems. A Democrat will succeed President Obama, and during that President's two terms, the Supreme Court will see a shift to the more enlightened Left as one of those hapless Right-wingers on the Court leaves.

Keep the faith.

It's pretty much official now -- with this post, both you and Obama have hit Barack bottom.

You've chosen to put your support behind a child who was 'elected' to do a adult's job. Children, as we can see from the last 6+ years, are not adults.

I bet it's tough when you lose that tingly feeling.
