The only way Jeb Bush can win the presidency is if the Dems elect to run Biden instead of Hillary.

On second thought, Jeb might not be able to beat even Biden.

The question isn't whether he can win, it is will he run? I am not sure he would get the nomination, but that still isn't the point.
