He is more qualified than Obama and couldn't do a worse job. But no thanks.

Jesse Ventura is the kind of leader we need to wrestle with the problems we face.

Jesse's time in the limelight has come and gone. After the Chris Kyle widow incident, he will never again be a viable candidate for office. Not really a conservative, perhaps populist would be the better definition.

ok, give you credit for your wording, other than that, you are totally off base in my opinion. Ventura is an embarrassment to put it mildly. He would be the laughing stock of the rest of the world, and resembles a nut case. I can't believe anyone with a head on their shoulders would support him. When he was elected governor many of us thought, what a smart move, shortly after the real Jesse came forward.

Ventura's latest answer as to whether he is going to run for president is "I don't know", during a recent interview with Alex Jones. Probably Stern isn't willing to be Ventura's vice presidential running mate.

Stern: 'I don't think that I would vote for myself."

Best governor Minnesota has had in my lifetime (been voting there since 86'). Maybe that isn't saying much. Far too thin-skinned for much national appeal. The presidential election is beauty contest, and he ain't no beauty. Nobody cares how he governed or what policies he might bring to the table. They're more concerned over what he's done to make living or who he sued.

Could people fall for this schtick? Maybe. I did, back when he ran for Minn Gov. I cheered when he ran and won. I thinke we've all embraced things that in retrospect were monumentally stupid. Think back to the clothing fashions of your youth....enough said.

Jesee Ventura has spent the past few years espousing various conspiracy theories. He sued the widow of a Navy Seal who was killed by a deranged vet whom the Seal was trying to help get back on track.
Jesse Ventura: No regrets over suing widow of Navy SEAL Chris Kyle - CBS News

The act has worn thin.
He is a whack job, neither party would nominate him , therefore he is a distraction.. a minor one at that.
After what he did to Chris Kyle's wife, I highly doubt he will put himself out there. He would be wise just to crawl back in his hole.

If he won his case and he did, imagine what Chris Kyle did to his reputation, with the lies he made his money with.
He had a case against the person, and then the estate upon his death.

The judge and jury heard the facts and made the decision on the laws of defamation of character and then profiting from it.
Watch what happens to the rolling stone magazine over the UVA Frat accusations. Same thing.

No. I think we can safely say that's not going to happen.
