While she seemed confident and could stare down anyone, I felt like she rambled way too much especially on her "5 points" response (I don't remember the context...something about foreign affairs). She also freaked out when Edwards pointedly made comments about "real change vs. establishment discussing change" but Richardson backed her up there. Clinton is very unlikable when you get her up close and personal and it will show in the polls. She is definitely a sly lil stinker though so I'm still watching out for her.

Is it me or did both she and Bill look like they had been released from a nursing home to attend a political rally? Neither of them is aging gracefully.

I think she looks pretty good for a 60 year old who has been in politics for so long.

Agreed. And I Obama actually lost me tonight. He talks a good talk, but he's just not ready to be President.

Can you be more specific? Anyone would stutter a bit defending themselves from Hillary.

I was against the tax cuts from day 1.
However, unlike the Dem candidates, I support getting rid of Bush's tax cuts-all of them.

I think the candidates are hypocrits by blasting Bush's tax cuts, yet want to retain many of them.

Hillary stated the middle class have been waiting a long time for tax relief. Really?(I didn't hear us middle and low income people screaming for tax relief when Bill was President)

If you're against Bush's tax cuts ,why not be in favor of rescinding them in their entirety? I think it would show some integrity.

oh and what would you do if someone insulted you like that? i thought that she showed that she wasn't a push-over and gave him back what he deserved. she showed experience more than anything. i wasn't backing her before, but now i am more inclined to listen to what she has to say.

I noticed that Edwards and Obama were kind of chummy with each other, and they were beating up on Hillary. I wonder if there is some kind of negotiations going on for Edwards to pledge support to Obama at the last minute if the polls continue to show Edwards lagging hopelessly...perhaps in exchange for him earning a slot as VP candidate or as member of Obama's cabinet.

On the GOP side, a Huckabee-Giuliani ticket will be more palatable to the broad spectrum of Republicans. It will reunite the religious conservatives who support Huckabee with the Wall Street moderate Republicans that back Giuliani. This ticket would make sense.

I agree with you Obama/Edwards 100% but Huckabee will never win the nomination.

There was only one Democrat candidate who dropped in my mind------Richardson

I think if someone watched objectively and was still undecided( like myself) they could easily conclude that Edwards, Obama, and Hillary did quite well.
