PS: The GOP is in serious trouble with Romney & Jeb Bush running!

if the I.R.S. doesn't have a problem with Romney's finances and his off shore accounts which is perfectly legal why should liberals? if Romney has broken the law, why hasn't Obama and Holder investigated and prosecuted Romney? I guess its a lot easier to throw mud and lies for political gain than to prove the allegations in the tax court especially when the democrats control the Justice Department for the past 6 years.

Democrats with the class warfare and divide .........America is lots of things and American corporations who are made up of people running the company from the top down is what makes our country great compare to the rest of the world.

funny coming from a democrat saying that the GOP is in trouble when your party will nominate the witch who allegedly had no idea her husband was a cheater and an abuser of women for decades. This is the best thing democrats have

Hmm. This is interesting. Looks like Mitt is the front runner in Iowa polling. "Uncertain" is in second place and JEB! is in third place

Mitt Romney holds sizable lead in Iowa over presumptive Republican presidential candidates - AOL.com

Yah, I think JEB! really didn't think things through in terms of a run. W really messed up his chances, way too much baggage there. And the amnesty thing. If I was JEB! I'd just pack it in. Not going to get any better is how I see it.

People are sick of Obama, just like people were sick of Bush, and they know it, so, they're are lining up the players, and if they want Romney in, they will tarnish anyone else who runs, just like they did Herman Cain.
Will Romney let us see copies of his tax returns this time?

it is pathetic, the people they bring forward to represent our country....really pathetic, and even worse, people will vote for them??????????

I cannot for the life of me, understand, the fact that Americans refuse to wake up and realize, both parties are corrupt....and to boot, let me also bring up another point.

both sides sling mud and sling it so badly that you'd think you were watching a soap opera on TV....

I don't want anyone in office who displays such incompetence and slander against another human being...and again, both sides to this, and maybe that is part of why, so many people on this forum are so nasty to anyone else who disagrees with them? Its ok, to disagree, that is what creates discussion....but to publically humiliate someone is disgusting and shows weakness and an inability to calmly discuss why you would feel that way (and I'm saying you in general) and the ability to understand someone else's point of view, even if you don't agree?

I mean, it's disgusting how so many Americans allow their political beliefs to identify them?

I truly believe last election, Romney's campaign were the ones who slandered Herman Cain? And Romney still didn't win....it makes sense to run these people, so Obama won again....and now people are sick of Obama, so they're vote in a Republican again...just like when people were sick of Bush, and even conservative independents voted in Obama for a 2nd term.

and this has been going on for how many years, back and forth and back and forth and still Americans refuse to open their eyes and see what is really going on.

People are sick of Obama? Maybe not Corporations since the Economy is doing well under this so called "Socialist".
The stock market has reached it's record highs under President Obama, Unemployment low, gas prices low as well.
You are correct that the Corporate elite want Romney so he can reduce taxes next to Zero. Here is a man who treasures America so much that he parks his wealth Overseas. "Corporations are people too." and "the 47% want free stuff".
Just what America needs! Another rich white aristocrat like Bush who doesn't have a clue about average America. These people live in a bubble.

The problem with Romney is not how rich he is but he won't disclose his tax returns and that creates a atmosphere of distrust with the voting public. Voters ask "Why won't he release his Tax returns?" "What is he hiding?" and that alone can kill a campaign.
Remember Obama & his birth certificate?

there is another problem, here, which we have to also take into account.....anyone who is running for President and is rich, as the Bush Family and Romney, they are out of touch with the real world and cannot possibly understand what it is like to budget and do without, and we especially in these days, need a leader who can identify with the seriousness of "not" spending money, and saving money if at all possible. Bush wanted to go to war, and that is all he cared about, he didn't care about how much money we were waisting, especially with hiring all the subcontractors to recruit people to go over there and train, and fight. He just wanted his way, period....and that is how Romney will also be.

I've listened to Romney speak, and from what I can tell, he's a nice guy, however, nice doesn't cut it....he has no idea of the struggle this America is presently in, nor does he care.

And again, I want someone in there who is going to stand up to the corporate community and say no...
and fix our problems of illegal immigration...our budget and create jobs....

I think you are mistaken. Romney did release his tax returns when he ran for president just not as early as the liberal left would have liked.

You are incorrect about our unemployment rate. It is realistically around 12%. The stock market has not reached a record high either. I ought to know as I lost a bundle when it crashed and my investments are still not up to where they were prior to that. Romney did not say that 47% of Americans want free stuff. He said that is the percentage that are on government programs which includes SS and many other things that aren't entitlement programs but were paid into by the taxpayer. It is the left that lives in a bubble and likes to spin things like you just did.

Perhaps the biggest gripe I have with 'corporatists' like Romney is the way they keep sucking the very lifeblood out of the country by continuing to outsource jobs. This is no small thang. And while folks can say that 'both sides do it', the GOP has consistently been the most aggressive and relentless in derailing all attempts at removing outsourcing incentives.

So we complain about things like the shrinking middle class and rising income inequality, but IMHO out-of-control corporate outsourcing is the proverbial "elephant in the room" that we keep ignoring. 'Cuz every job sent offshore represents a "triple whammy" to taxpayers and the economy… in the job & income that's lost (along with the federal & state taxes that would've been paid)… in the local communities negatively impacted by those losses… and worst of all, the hit to the taxpayer who gets to pick up the welfare tab for it.

Which means that when you think about it, in dozens of ways (thru more unemployment, crime, social services, health care, urban decay, etc.), we're basically just 'subsidizing' every bit of that cheap 'stuff now being 'outsourced', along with indirectly providing "subsidies" to the "bottom line" of many corporations. So ironically, folks like Romney are why we have the "47%" to begin with!
