I like Mitt Romney and may vote for him in the primary, but there is one thing that drives me crazy about Mitt, his SMIRK. Yes, I see a smirk on his face when he is talking to people. He sends out a message that he is very pleased with himself and views everyone he is talking to as an inferior.

Do you notice the smirk? Please respond to my poll.

The worst smirk that I have seen is McCain's. Oh my gosh during the Saturday debate everytime other people were speaking and they panned the camera in on McCain he had this nasty smirk and scowl on his face. It made me want to punch the tv.

It's a typical upper-crust Mormon male thing. They are pleased with themselves.

Yes I have noticed it and t makes me think that he is pompous. That may be why I don't like him. I was going on a gut feeling but now I know it's the smirk.

From gut to smirk. Well at least you have logical reasons for your dislike of the man.

Yes, it is called piety. Fundamentalists are raised on it. Huckabee hides his well...

McCain is just plain angry. I would be too if I spent years in a prison camp. Because he has the most experience and is strong on terror, I will probably go with him, and hopefully as a nation we can persuade him to do SOMETHING definitive about the border. How can one be strong on terror and not care about the border, a real disconnect. Just not many good choices out there, soooooooooo scary.

Romney is much better suited to being the host of The Price Is Right than being president. He's probably a decent guy; one you'd like to have as a neighbor. But he's clearly out of his depth in this campaign.
