Does anyone know of a reputable conservative political type dude who is putting out podcasts that don't cost anything?

Hannity has some free portions of his podcast available, but it seems Rush does not.

I'm mainly wanting to keep up on current election events as well as hear various perspectives on the different candidates.

Default OutloudOpinion

The site OutloudOpinion - Professional Audio Renderings of Your Favorite Editorials does anywhere between 5-15 podcasts of conservative columnists a day. These are columns that show up on a ton of conservative sites, and are often what Hannity and Rush use in their shows.

Terrific, two neocons produce smoe right wing socialist propaganda for the masses.

We have PLENTY of right wing AND left wing socialism.

40-60 Trillion in funded and unfunded debt along with millions of murdered people around the world is proof of that fact.

What is it about freedom you people don't like? This is most mystifying.

Please take your anger and inappropriate post somewhere else MrTudo. This post is not a political argument, but simply a way to ask precisely what I did in the first post. Everyone else stayed on subject. There are plenty of other posts for you to flame/rant where conservatives are willing to flame back.

I think it's appropriate to ask what brand of conservatism you're looking for?

pro-war conservatism?
fiscal conservatism?
social issue conservatism?
Goldwater conservatism?

IMHO, that is an appropriate question. And the answer is... I've been a conservative all my life, but I'm just now learning what it really means. So the big answer is "I don't know". I'm pro-war. And I'm for keeping the government small to give responsibility to the people and states.

Is there a commentator for all the flavors of conservativism? funny.

hmmm. Can't think of anyone that's pro-war and truly wants a smaller government that supports fiscal and social conservatism. Seems most of them feel that in order to fight terrorism, we need to trample the rights of the people and the states thereby reducing liberties in the name of "freedom". Social conservatism also requires a bigger government to make sure everyone falls in line.

I wish more people (pundits included - they are people, right?) would realize that we could fight terror smarter, not just bigger.

So, I feel your pain, in a way.

It's a shame that so many people have to get on their political soap boxes. I have found a program that is better that Rush or Beck. It is called "The War Room" with Quinn & Rose. It is also one of the few really good show that I have found for free. The only problem with this podcast is that it is not truly a podcast but actually an MP3 download....meaning that it does not load automatically every time you open ITunes. You have to go to the site and download them manually to your PC & then you can import them to ITunes. They are based out of Pittsburg so the shows are usually posted for download between ten & noon mountain time.
