I understand that President Bill Clinton has been told to stop criticizing Obama. He came under aggressive criticism for suspected race based attacks by leaders of the Black community. It seems like Obama is untouchable. Everyone is afraid to really attack him because they will be called racist.

I suspect Obama cant be touched in today's politically correct society. How can anyone beat him. He will be President!

Actually, if you attack Obama I think more than anything you risk not being nominated. So, Clintons, keep up the attacks!

Well, I'm not so sure. Since there are many black people and black politicians who support someone else for president and since Obama has lost a political race to a black politician I guess there are some people who have criticized hiim and will continue to do so without worrying about being called a racist.

And the recent to do with a statement by Sen. Clinton had nothing to do with Obama.

So the theory in the OP is flawed.

Big deal. If you attack Hillary you risk being called a misogynist -- while actually you're just a vampire-hunter.

You will be called a racist depending on what you say. There are justifiable criticisms and there are racial criticisms. You have to know the difference.

You don't want him to be president?

If that's what is desired, he'd find a way.

I really like Obama, but for some reason I dont think he could withstand the pressure of the job somehow...I love WHAT he says, not so much how he says because its almost word for word what Martin Luther King said, just in other ways of saying it... if only we could really believe in these people, it would be easy to vote for them... its going to be difficult for me, I am not sold on anybody at all yet...and its really driving me nuts....I got my sample ballot today...guess Ill use it for lining the trashcan...
