Hopefully this blows up in there face. Bob Johnson is one of the most hated people in the educated african american community. He's somewhere between Alan Keys and Jessie Lee Peterson. His programming has made one race out to be baffonish and its starting to draw more and more other races into the fray. His comments while he thought were slick may be a move to get more white democratic voters to move away from Obama, becuase I don't belive any black people will belive a word out of his mouth. I think it goes more off the fact that since most of white america doen't really watch BET and doesn't know what its about will think this is a big endorcement, but if they knew the type of programming bob johnson sales, they would be more inclined to vote the underway as seeing what the clintons are up 2.

It's not going to blow up in anybody's face but Obamas.
There isn't a thing that turns white people off more than the thought of having to have every criticism go through the "angry black leader comment submission and critique process."
When headlines read "black leaders criticize Clinton campaign remarks about Obama," you can BET many whites groaned, with images of Sharpton and Jackson rallying to whatever cause du jour the media was covering.
America is ready for a black president. America is NOT ready for the 24/7 black-correlative of the anti-defamation league baggage that threatens to come with it!

Obama says:
Quote:
|
"I don't think it was in any way a racial comment," ... "That's something that has played out in the press. That's not my view."
|
So blame him if you need to; just know that it's part of his opponents plan all along.

Who the hell wants it? Have you watched even an hour of BET? All it has on is half naked women booty dancing with pimps or blacks cussing and killing each other.

How do you know all that ???

*Already the Obama candidacy has polarized this country...and it's only going to get worse.
(1) White Americans see Obama supporters as supporting him only because he is black since he offers little substance on the issues.
(2) 81 out of 100 Black Americans interviewed by the Post who stated an Obama preference could not name one issue that defined the Obama candidacy!
*Wall Street, fearing an Obama regime, has already seen big selloffs by fund and hedge managers. The worst is yet to come!
(1) When individual investors begin to realize that Obama, who has promised to raise both the capital gains and inheritance taxes has a solid chance of being elected, the great selloff will begin. This could potientially throw the country into a greater depression than the 1929 nosedive.
(2) Increasing taxes on corporate America will drive more jobs overseas and send more of our wealth out of the Country.
(3) Obama's support of plans to expand NAFTA will further erode an already weak dollar against the Euro and Yen.
* Obama has admitted criminal behavior when he states factually in his autobiography that he has used cocaine. Is he still using it? He says he isn't but it is known to be powerfully addictive.
*Obama claims membership in a racially identifiable church that states that it has "a committment to Africa".
Obama = Obad for the country!

Yes, most of us. But read that guy's post again. Clearly not all of us do. There is so much wrong with it who knows where to begin.

Well pick something and run with it. I'm ready to defend any and all of what I wrote.
Want to start with the Economic situation?
Obama has said little about the Economy except that he intended to repeal the cuts on inherritance and capital gains taxes. He spews that same old tired rhetoric about taxing the corporations and richest Americans. They are already the heaviest taxed segment of the population. Further taxation removes any incentive to achieve. That's Wrong Obama!
Increrasing the inherritance taxes means your chiklren will recieve less of what you leave them and the greedy government will get a bigger share. Some children have had to sell their parents houses, land and possessions to pay the taxes AFTER paying off their parents loans and mortgages. Many were left with little of what their parents left them. The Republican congress lowered the inherritance tax significantly. Obama wants to raise it back to it's higher level. That's WRONG Obama!
The economy recieved a huge boost when congress lowered the Capital Gains tax. New money came into the market and drove the Dow to well over 1300 and it continued to rise. Since Obama (and Edwards also) announced that they would repeal the tax cuts, the market has dropped and it has been on a steady decline. The market tends to operate in advance of the economy-anticipating what may happen. Obama's candidacy has already caused some Hedge Fund and Mutual Fund managers to reduce their holdings. If the Market thinks Obama (or Edwards) will be elected there will be a massive selloff before either has a chance to raise capital gains taxes. Watch your 401-K drop in value. Such a selloff could cause individual investors to bail out of the market which would throw the country into a depression! That's Wrong Obama!
Now...what were you saying?

Do you have any empirical data to back up these hilariously simplistic speculations?

Obama supporters started this.
#1: Everyone KNOWS Bill Clinton wasn't calling the mere fact a black man was running for president, or could win, a "fairy tale." He was talking about the Iraq war vote issue.
But yet, here come the usual suspects out the woods to attack the statements as "troubling," racist, etc.
#2: Everyone KNOWS Hillary wasn't denigrating MLK... she was talking about the importance of elected leaders in getting things DONE while Obama keeps trying to compare himself to men greater than he.
But yet, Obama, facing a primary in a state with a heavily black Democratic electorate, siezed on the opportunity to stoke the racial fires, calling the statement by Hillary "Baffling," etc. He should have just stayed quiet, but he couldn't resist pushing the undercover race code card, could he?
Now Charles Rangel has just called Obama's fake indignation "absolutely stupid," as Obama tries to call a "truce" in a racially charged moment HE created that is backfiring.
