Not at all. If you look back through the thread, i actually said Paul was right in saying the reporter editorialized him. I said his supporters couldnt admit he gave a bad interview. I also never defended HIllary for having the wrong views on gay marriage 5 years ago, I simply said I like that she has changed. Some one should not be attacked for changing in the right direction.

So instead of accusing me of something i never did, why dont you answer my question.

You don't know if Hillary changed her tune to get votes or really changed.
Saying she's against gay marriage at this point in time would be her political death.

And that's just politics.

Someone brought that up to her in an interview and she lashed out at him.
Now she says she "evolved". So Hillary had her gaff as well when confronted with her "old views".

That I have a problem with Hillary being PC ?

Why would I when I commented that Rand needs to be PC with his answers.
If Rand wants to play with the big boys then he has to be PC.

That's the only way to get yourself excused from your past opinions/statements that people have objections to.

Just say "I've evolved since then" and everything becomes hunky dory.

Hillary has not admitted she was wrong. She said she "evolved".
That pertains to gay marriage and to illegal aliens in the US.
I think most older Americans have "evolved" on what they think about gay marriage. For those of us over 55, most gay people were in the closet when we were young. There was no scientific research on "being gay." Gay was not a mainstream thing.

The polls will swing in Hillary's favor now that she's announced and has more media coverage. Cruz and Rand were in the news and competing against an opponent who was keeping a low profile.

The polls will swing, but which way? Now she will have to answer direct questions instead of just dodging them. We shall see.

Did Rand Paul propose cutting off aid to Israel? | PolitiFact
His position is still to eliminate ALL foreign aid! He has not backed away from that position. He is prudent and realizes that the political will is not there to cut any foreign aid really, but especially not to Israel. So he has started with low hanging fruit like anti-American countries to try to build a consensus. He wants to eliminate all aid, but eliminating some is better than none at all so he will take what he can get. He realizes "all or nothing" won't fly so why not make incremental change? Even if he stuck to his guns 100% and said "all or nothing" you'd probably label him a "fringe candidate" and find a different reason to not like him.

So Hillary can change her views and that is all good, but Rand Paul can't even clarify his views without being a flip-flopper?

So Rands a flip-flopper and Hillary evolves...

Nothing has changed about gays sucking d*ck, and Lezbo's eating *****.
The middle east changes fast and so does the need for intelligence on the situation and make a decision on those fast changing logistics for retaliation.
