Why are women picked on about their looks as they age. We all get old...some look better than others....including men. I bet you are a man
You must be too young to remember the 2008 election where this was a MAJOR talking point about John McCain. He was 70 at the time, Hillary is currently 67.
Age, mental accuity etc. are all fair game....people made a lot of comments about Palin and other VP's being a "heart beat away from the presidency" over the years.
Joking aside, a candidates health has been and should be an issue during the general election.
Will Hillary deceive the public and hide any health issues, or will she be upfront about them?
The way she's looking she should pick a more healthy vibrant running mate. Health has been an issue in the past with male candidates, will she get a pass?
The next year and a half of campaigning won't exactly rejuvenate her either.
She's not even 70 and doesn't have a history in the public eye of having any health concerns. Yes she's getting up there, but still plenty young enough we shouldn't have to worry about her heart failing in office.

It's not her heart failing but rather the butter sliding off her toast so to speak.
She's about the same age as my mom and "forgetful" has been creeping up on her at an alarming rate.
She's made some unscripted "mis-statements" of late, they'll bear watching over the next year to see if they are exceptions or norms.
if the dems push for her...they might regret it... she was more viable back in 08...her time has passed
The problem is that the Clintons are extremely powerful and while better candidates may be out there....they have the connections....and the reputation of punishing those that aren't politically loyal and helping those that are.
As such, there is going to be serious reluctance to break ranks from her unless there is another "Iowa 2008" moment where suddenly an alternative opens up and there is this quick shift.
The problem is that the Clintons are extremely powerful and while better candidates may be out there....they have the connections....and the reputation of punishing those that aren't politically loyal and helping those that are.

I'm starting to think time is NOT on the Clintons' side: BOTH Bill and Hillary are really starting to look rough and, they ain't even 70 yet.
