Unfortunately, too many uneducated voters will think the same thing. The President has pretty much zero to do with how the country is doing, its congress. They are the ones who put together and pass along laws on everything, the President just signs them. The House has been controlled by Republicans the last 6 years by the way and they just took back the Senate last year. So if you like the way things have been going in this country...

To try having the first woman for president.
The President has very very little to do with the economy. It does matter who the Congress is because they pass the budget, jobs bills, etc.
  • Bill Clinton sucked on the economy when he had a Democrat Congress and did great on the economy when he got a Republican controlled House and Senate his last 6 years.
  • George W. had a great economy while he had a Republican Congress his first 6 years and then cratered the economy in his last 2 years with Dems controlling both Houses.
  • Obama's economy was the worst since the depression while he had a Democrat Congress, got better with a Republican Congress and got better still with Republican House & Senate.
I know most of you will choose to remain ignorant but that's just the facts Jack.

Why? Unless you like socialism, class wars and racial divide as Obama has done an excellent job in creating.

So why are Republicans still crying about the economy and blaming Obama for it?

I don't know. Maybe because they know that most of the electorate is gullible and not able to logic things out and is being steered by the Media.
