They better keep adding names, because so far none of their "hopefuls" even approaches mediocrity.

I'm no Clinton fan, but Hill isn't an angry nutball.

The more the merrier as choices for our next Republican leader is a good thing.

The dems only have a choice between an alleged, crooked, multi-millionaire, liar and an avowed socialist, so far.

How will the GOP and media decide who is invited to debate? Polls? Funds raised? Hair?

It doesn't matter because the whole thing is rigged.
The "Republicans" will put a combination of
Bush, Walker, or Rubio on the ticket, then lose to Hillary.
Don't even pay attention, it's a sham and not worth your time.

"The whole thing is rigged" is only because you know conservative candidates can't win and won't win enough primaries to be a contender and that there are far more conservative candidates than moderate. Firiona doesn't really have a platform and everyone else is some form of conservative whether it isreligious or constitutional.

I have no reason to lie to myself--I would be thrilled with either Cruz or Paul as POTUS. In some ways I think that Paul might be the strongest counter to Hillary Clinton. Paul has been ahead of the curve in addressing identity politics, which was why Romney lost in 2012.

I think Hillary's 'big foreign policy' (so to speak) is generally unpopular and Paul is in the best position to attack her on that basis. But that strength for Paul will probably be a weakness in GOP primaries as he will be attacked as weak on defense and security.

However Cruz is my guy for now. Cruz, Rubio, Paul, and Walker are all good candidates. Cruz has the background of Constitutional scholarship, Rubio is by far the best communicator, Walker has the stones to go up against public sector unions, and Paul has the libertarian values that I've been waiting for over 40 years. Let them duke it out--competition improves the breed. We will see what happens.

That's the good part. I would like to see at least a dozen more jump in there, and more Teas. An Army of clowns always makes better press and entertainment than just a few. Undecided voters can get a much larger picture of what is being offered to them, and how comical they are in shuffling for position in their debates. The more the merrier...

What would happen is Hillary would trounce either one, have you seen the polls, neither stands a chance in Hades of winning. You will be voting Jeb or writing in someone's name in protest, I will be at home crying in my beer for the future of the Great Nation that would then be a thing of the past.

Do you like Jeb? Are you going to vote for and work for him?

That's probably your choice, Mrs. Clinton or another liberal democrat on one side, JEB (proper spelling is all caps- "JEB" is short for John Ellis Bush, not Jebediah) or another moderate Republican on the other side.

I'll probably just sit at home, no one to get excited about- but we'll see what happens in the campaign. I don't think it matters if I go to the polls anyhow, not being in a "battleground" state.

What is the real reason that "not-a-chancers" run for President? Is it a good way to make money?
