I wasn't referring to those who attained our citizenship by the erroneous "practice" of deeming them birthright citizens whose parents were here illegally. I was referring to those born from citizens or legal immigrants. You are right though there has never been a case tried where the parents were here illegally and that time is long past due.

Except the majority of them want amnesty for their illegal amigos and Hillary is promising that just as Obama did.

Many of the legal immigrants also oppose illegal immigrants pathway to citizenship according to what I heard as well.

Majority of what? The only polls I've seen that reflect a majority wanting amnesty include those who cant vote and have no impact upon our legislation process.

And many of those here legally, dont support a pathway to amnesty. From what I heard their opinion is that they went through the process, and so should everyone else.

New Poll Reveals Immigration Top Issue Driving Latino Voting - Immigration Reform | America's Voice (the article specifically mentions Latino voters)

Is the Latino vote up for grabs? Stanford pollster says no (the article specifically mentions Latino voters)

Here's a couple more for you.

Latino groups to Obama: You owe Latinos the election, now pass immigration reform

Latino views on the 2016 GOP field: Who can actually win the Latino vote? | Latino Decisions

Please explain why the Democrats and some sell out Republicans are falling all over themselves for the Latino vote by promising amnesty if that isn't what the majority of them want. I'll wait.

Walker just said he wants less legal immigration.

Well, there are times when perhaps we need to curb back on legal immigration. For example when jobs are scarce and our economy is not doing well. Nothing wrong with allowing legal immigration that fits our needs at the time is there?

The argument about the government cares more about the foreigners immigrants instead of Americans is just boring. Go read some books. What you said has been said over and over and over...and over...
We have never flooded the borders, between legal and illegal immigration, at the rates we have done over the past 4 decades in the entire history of the republic. It is damn near impossible to assimilate millions of new people every year. We have also at different points restricted our immigration rates, such things would be met with Hispanic bedwetting and whimpering about "racism."

Which is really the only sane position to take. We shouldn't allow immigration during periods of high unemployment. We shouldn't take in immigrants until the unemployment rates are under 4 or 5% for a period of at least a year.
