Democrats that seem to have aspiration for the presidency in the '20s are Cory Booker, Kirsten Gillibrand, Kamala Harris, Julian Castro, Gavin Newsom, and maybe Amy Klobuchar. But like someone said earlier, there are many people under the radar that could be the major players.

Agreed. In 2012 the Repub bench was weak. Not in 2015. So as you said; the Dems might have some strong candidates in 2020 or 2024.
