There may be a few Ds who are trying to manipulate Rs like that, I dunno. I can tell you though, that it is my genuine opinion that Bush is likely to get the nomination. It is also my genuine opinion that Bush has a better chance against Hillary than most of the other Rs in the running.

Sorry, but no one has to try hard to make Trump look like fool - he needs little help in that department.

I watch little TV, so I can't comment on Newsroom- never heard of it.

Here's another interesting article, and one that convinced me that Jeb Bush would be a dangerous man with the power of the Oval Office in his hands.

Jeb 'Put Me Through Hell

I tend to agree. Jeb is a bit wishy-washy on conservative issues but I think conservative voters will think back to 2012. They didn't want to, and some didn't, vote for Romney because he was too liberal. They saw what happened, Obama won. I don't think Republican voters will make that same mistake again, especially against Hillary.

If Jeb can pick a really strong conservative candidate who stood up for conservative values as his VP, I think he'll be in good shape with the base.

Oh yes. He'd better be more prepared to respond to questions about the Schiavo case than he was about Iraq.

Maybe it won't matter in the primary, but it will matter *a lot* in the general.

Lol well the Hispanics, especially those in Florida, love him.

And unlike Hillary with her ...no ways taaard pandering to groups of voters, JB might as well be Hispanic, because he's the real deal.

Even the 53% of Dems who think illegals should be allowed to vote () are concerned about who they'll vote for if it's Jeb vs. Hillary.
