It's called 'grabbing at straws.' People are so desperate for a candidate that they cling to each novelty candidate as they pop up, hoping he or she will be The One. Then after a few weeks, the novelty fades, reality sets in and the candidate begins turning people off.

We've seen these briefly high-polling novelties before. Herman Cain--sex harassment complaints and foreign policy idiot. Newt Gingrich--colonize the moon -- bad divorce baggage. Rick Santorum, sappy and boring. Rick Perry--infamous oops moment still haunts him. Mitt was great, then the 47% comment. They've always been around--
Ross Perot was a novelty in the 90s, but then his extreme paranoia emerged and he saw Vietnamese people hiding in his yard.

Trump is a germaphobe. How can he possibly run for president and avoid shaking hands? He started off on a bad foot and will continue to make rash comments and enemies. People pretty much detest him and his ego.

The only thing trump has done wrong, is not clarifying that he was talking about illegal immigrants. The voters know what he meant. A lot of the general public (non voters) think he is racist against mexicans. He should have been more clear. He will get better at being more clear in the future.

Right now is the toughest part of the battle for trump. The media is totally to the left. Everything is racism, and sensitive and blah blah blah. He's beating the media down. He went from total joke, to serious contender in a week. He will be leading everyone when the new polls come out. And unlike cain, he won't blow it.
not!

I'm not fearful of a Trump presidency because it wont happen at all. What he thinks the nation need is more of the same failed policies and beliefs of the right that wont win elections especially with an increasingly non-white male electorate. Trump wont win the non-white vote and possibly the woman vote.

What you said above...is exactly the same that was said about the person who Won in 2008.

Are you aware how small the non white vote is? Latino voters only make up 9.8% of the population and we all know you never get anywhere close to 100% turnout. African Americans make up only around 13% of voters. Will they turn up to vote for a 70 year old, rich white woman like they did for Obama? Very doubtful. Non Hispanic whites still make up the largest number of voters and more of them just left the Democratic party last year. Will be interesting.

Migrants?

No, Trump was addressing the probls among illegals.
Take a look at the Wanted lists.

You call the truth a gaffe?

Only when telling the truth is treason.

Where did "The Donald" lie? How was it a gaffe?

I don't see "The Donald" winning anything. What I see him doing, is directing the conversation to touchy subjects no one wants to touch.

I see Ted Cruz out debating them all, so his questions will be limited to 89 seconds.

What made "The Donalds" comments racist?
He wasn't talking about tourists....

We the people make the laws. Only a King can disregard them.
