Any time, any place. He even offered Obama the chance to send John "Why the long face?" Kerry as a proxy.

Ted Cruz Challenges Obama to Debate Iran Nuclear Deal | Fox News Insider

Some things are just too good to be true. We all know Obama would never agree to this, because the man can barely string a sentence together without the aid of his teleprompters.

Did you see him in Ethiopia today make a spontaneous comment about Cruz and Trump? He sounded like he was on drugs or something.

"The particular comments.... of Mr. Huckabee....uhh.... are... I think... part of just a general pattern that we've seen that... uhh... is...uh.... would be... considered uhhh ridiculous if it weren't so sad."

The reason why Obama won't do this is because it suits him just fine that Cruz is desperate for attention. Why would Obama bother with gratifying Cruz's wish to share the spotlight?

Wow, Cruz is really desperate to be relevant right now. So sad, Rafael Ted Cruz thought he had the RWNJ in the bag until Trump came along and took all his fire away....guess Cruz is basically the Republicans' Howard Dean.....so sad.

Ted Cruz needs attention. He has an attention deficit disorder (but not the medical kind).

He can always shut down the government again. That was a big hit with people who make less than $65K or are waiting for the rapture (or both).

Not to be outdone, Marco Rubio challenged President Obama to a safe driving competition, and Huckabee challenged Obama to an ethnic baking contest.

Poor Ted, he's used to being the biggest ego in the room but now he can't get a word in edgewise with Trump blocking everyone else from view.

Obama owes Cruz nothing, certainly no special favors that would allow Cruz the spotlight. I predict Obama will ignore Cruz as the nobody he is.

Shorter Cruz:
"Man, this Trump guy is sucking all the oxygen out of the room and stealing away the lunatic fringe-- uh, I mean, 'my base'. I gotta do something to get attention!"

I'm sure the low-information short-attention-span fearmongers (remember, they're the same crowd that assured us that Saddam Hussein had vast stockpiles of WMD and was going to use them to attack the U.S. any day now, so we'd better invade real quick!) are oblivious to the fact that the upcoming hearings and votes in Congress, not Cruz's sophomoric grandstanding, the precisely the scrutiny the deal warrants.

Most voters like the Iran deal. Obama seems like he is on Iran's side, and voters like that. In today's society, anti-Iran means you are racist against Islam and that is a no-no.

I hate the deal with Iran, but most voters rather not step on Iran's toes and complicate the deal. That's why Hillary or Bush will win the election, they would make the same type of deal.

When has a President ever debated a Senator?
It's just a silly childish challenge raised by Cruz on Hannity in a desperate move to raise his campaign profile.
