Bill Clinton is the the quintessential politician and that is his forte. He can win you over or turn you off. But he knows his craft through and through. Despite his pecadillos, he would have been re-elected had he been able to run again for office. However, there are some who are very, very tired of the Clintons.
Ah yes...Clinton popularity- the slickster wouldn't have it any other way. Keep waffling, keep ranting when your favorability ratings drop a percentage point. El Saif? Khobar Towers? USS Cole? Blackhawk Down? Now there is one heck of a leader for you! Not hard to appease when you only have to appease the Europeans, or those that envision a European Renaissance in this country during 4:00 tea hour in Cambridge. When you don't want to make tough calls, it isn't difficult to be "liked" in this world.

He was a total failure and is neck and neck with Carter as the WORST President of our time. He has disgraced the job of the President in many ways and should be held responsible for his FAILURES to do something about the warnings during his watch.
