But I have to admit, it's been, by turns, funny and just plain weird, to see all these so-called conservatives line up for Trump, dissing other R contenders as RINOs.
Not to mention his personal life, and the four bankruptcies. Yes, I know it was his businesses that declared bankruptcy - you have to think that he has structured his companies to protect him for the consequences of his risky decisions. AFAIK, his companies have all been privately held.
Whatever reason people are rallying around Trump, in the end it is Trump reaping the benefit. So, while Trump's supporters may have an entire menu of complaints about the current administration, about the current GOP leadership, about the party in general, the issue is still about Trump and whether he can be the leader these people want, and whether he can achieve the goals his supporters espouse. If they are supporting Trump because he's the "not-???" candidate, "not-Bush", "not-Hillary", at some point his supporters actually have to think about what Trump is for. And while non-PC soundbites can be entertaining, they aren't necessarily convincing. He's going to MAKE Mexico pay for a wall, by charging them fines and fees until they agree to build a wall, at their expense, that is designed to keep Mexicans, and sundry other Central and South American immigrants from crossing into the United States illegally. Do you and others think that that's going to dispose Mexico to think kindly of the United States? Do you and others think that it might be a good thing to have good relations with our immediate neighbor? Do you think and others think that Americans should only blame Mexico for illegal immigration, when those immigrants come from many other places besides Mexico?

No, the insiders are losing.

They aren't looking for a leader. They are giving a middle finger to the party establishment for constantly lying to them. Trump isn't stupid. Right now he is simply giving the middle finger.

LOL
Yup.
Yeah, and wait until there's a trade war with Mexico and they decide to stop exporting FOOD to us. Between the Illegal Mexicans etc, picking our food here (who supposedly will be gone under Trump) and the food that would normally be imported from Mexico (but won't if there's a trade war), we'd find ourselves hurtin' for certain when the prices for almost every fruit and vegetable shoots through the roof.
Mexico is NOT going to "pay for the wall" - and anyone who actually THINKS that is clueless.

He's still benefiting from their middle-finger gesticulations. And if the means is just waving the middle-finger, do Trump's supporters consider the end? What is the result? Because it seems that conservatives are always claiming "consequences"!
Sounds like the FOX News vs Trump War may not be over yet. Now he's going after their Focus Group guy:
"Donald Trump’s feud with GOP pollster Frank Luntz escalated Monday – with Trump calling on Fox News to fire Luntz from overseeing its post-debate focus groups, and Luntz launching a profanity-laden tirade to describe the real estate showman turned renegade presidential candidate.
In an interview with POLITICO, Luntz said Trump — and Democratic presidential insurgent Bernie Sanders — are “delivering a big ‘f—- you’ to the elites in America..."

They only worry about "Consequences" when it's something the OTHER person is doing. Same as their position on "Personal Responsibility".
The current GOP reminds me of a baby - "an alimentary canal with a voice on one end and no responsibility on the other".

Whether he drops out, runs and wins or loses many of us are just enjoying just that while it lasts.

I can't speak for a group at large or as vague as that.
"It's a joke, Trump isn't serious, Trump will drop out, Trump will never be nominated, Trump will never be president, Trump will never be accepted, Polls say Trump is loser to Hillary, Trump is joke, Trump has Herpes, Trump is DNC Plant, Trump can't beat Hillary, Trust Me, I know what I'm talking about"
Bystander:
"Who will be President?"
Trump Detractor:
"Well, umm. I don't know. It's too early to tell"
