Facepalm. "Violent rape" is conservative's phraseology to differentiate it from date rape and possibly statutory rape. So, in effect, saying that date rape and statutory rape are not covered by the exception. "So typically conservative, use of dramatic emotional words." lol
Apparently, you don't realize that "late term abortion" which is anything beyond viability outside of the womb, viz. 24 weeks (3rd trimester), is a well-defined term and is already illegal in every single state, and Roe v. Wade does not protect it, it said so in the opinion itself.

Yeah, okay, whatever you say. Read the posts again. I didn't use the word "violent", another poster did and you replied. Duh. I didn't describe common sense, I was describing why the conservative came up with the distinction; there is little common sense when it comes to conservatives and abortion.
Trump used to be pro-abortion, he is now pro-life. When asked he said a friend was going to have an abortion but changed their mind and had the baby. He now knows the child and very happy and proud to know the child.
How would Hillary answer.
After having a grandchild would she still support her daughter if she chose abortion instead?
