Well, we already know that Trumps feels he has never sinned and has never asked forgiveness from God. So I assume when asked the question~ " He who is without sin cast the first stone" (John 8:6-7) Trumpster feels he can step right up there and start the stoning ritual ...

http://www.cnn.com/2015/07/18/politi...t-forgiveness/

SO, I guess he is perfect. I seem to recall even Jesus asked his father for forgiveness on occasion. There it is..those following him must feel he's the 2nd coming for some reason.

He doesn't have to quote bible versus at all. In truth, it really isn't a measuring stick for his actual "Christian bona fide". Historically, there are a boatload of evangelical preachers who have quoted plenty of bible versus'..yet fell from grace when they sinned ! There's no need to list them as many of them are well known

Please - serial adulterer - and that would make Bill Clinton what? No one has had more affairs than that man - and yep - back then it didn't bother you and you voted for him - didn't you!

You can’t win. If you recite the Bible back to front you are a Jesus freak and if you don’t you are a non believer.

He holds a lot in common with today'sl millenial voters.

My daughter's husband professes to be Christian, yet never attended Sunday School, catechism class, read the Bible at all, or even atrtends church. Ask him to recite a Bible verse? He couldn't.

His wife, on the other hand, my agnostic-raised atheist daughter, runs rings around him in Bible theology (because she's studied it only in order to debunk it).

Who cares about bible verses anyway? That's a deal breaker? Trump is not running for a religious position. Saint Reagan never got questioned about why he and queen Nancy never went to church but had the full support of evangelicals....

It's a stupid question and Trump gave a flip answer.

What makes you so sure? I'll bet he knows more than you do.

Besides, since when did you people want a President that could quote scripture? What is the value of being able to quote scripture? Many of you non-believers can quote a passage or two ... but you have no clue what it means.

And what will Hilary's next book be? "How to lie and cheat and avoid going to jail?"
Why can't extremists ever ever answer a question without going off-topic, and it's always Hillary (spelled correctly) or Obama. Are you people that obsessed?

BTW, I'll take that bet. Trump is a phony baloney who pretends he is religious. Said he "goes to church." Then said he goes on Easter and Christmas. Yeah right--I go to church, too. For weddings and funerals.
