As a general rule judges with the Volksgerichtshof didn't wait for a case to go from the District Court all the way through the appeals process including the Supreme Court, or go so far as to offer a significant compromise proposal that would have effectively resolved the issue before putting them in jail. It will be very interesting who will get the nomination. Of course there is still a lifetime before we vote so anything could happen. But the golden boy Jeb is not so golden anymore. I think he thought he was a shoe in. If it's another bush and clinton then we are a very sad nation if that's the best we can come up with
