I think he'll run and it will be Trump vs. Biden. Who will win? Not sure, but it will be close.
Trump makes me sick to my stomach and Hillary is a sinking ship that still might get the nomination. The worst match ups for me are:

Hillary VS Trump
Hillary VS Cruz

I don't want to have to hold my nose and cast a vote there. I know what I'd be choosing but still it wouldn't go down easy.

if Biden doesn't run, the corporate Dems will throw in another candidate
to try and stop Bernie. They are scared chitless that Bernie will beat Hillary.

They have gotten to the DNC donors who might otherwise give to Biden.

It's not a binary choice. Vote 3rd party.

It is past time that a 3rd party becomes a viable choice. What I think might happen would be that the GOP does not choose Trump and all of the Trump supporters get behind him, and this is a lot of people, both Democratic and GOP and ask him to run 3rd party and he is interviewed and says throwing up his arms, "What you gonna' do? They love me and want me to run. How can I let them down?" Mr. Trump, you can't let us down.

3rd party is definitely an option in that circumstance, though there won't be anyone who could actually win running as a 3rd party candidate.

DNC is still hedging its bets about King Hillary. They will only run the Forest Gump ticket if confidence in the King erodes to levels never seen before.
