Raffy Cruz is positioned well to take over the lead when Mr. Trump and/or Dr. Carson inevitably drop out.

If Raffy is the GOP nominee . . . . I'd be very gleeful. He is as far right as he could be, and he doesn't have the charisma of Mr. Trump or Dr. Carson. He will have a tough time in the general.

Love it, Trump/Carson continue to dominate and Bush is where he belongs at 5%.

Donald Trump will never drop out. And Cruz will be his running mate.

Bob.
If Trump wins the General Election which is eons away, I'm more interested in his Attorney General pick than the VP. But, Trump could probably use a VP from Capitol Hill or formerly from Capitol Hill who could wrangle the mangy dogs in the House and Senate for him.

Who could he choose? Even if he wanted Fiorina, which I doubt, she would never accept. And if he chose someone like Condie Rice (which I wouldn't mind), he'd be viewed as going towards the establishment AND being hypocritical, since he's criticized the Bushes and many of those who worked with/for them.

He'd be better off going for a racial minority, like Cruz (Latino) or Carson (Black).
