Not sure what you mean by the money angle. His campaign fund is down to about $9 million, there are unpaid bills yet to come in from previous months, and the FEC has whopped him with an unprecedented number of flagged excessive and/or questionable donations and he has to answer/explain every listed contribution or return the questioned donations. He's already returned a few hundred donations that came from foreign nationals but that's barely a dent in the list.
edit to add: One item says that his campaign shows more than $23 million in donations have not been itemized as required. http://docquery.fec.gov/pdf/988/2016...0300034988.pdf

Like most losing candidates, he'll end up in a financial hole. Clinton, Obama, and Warren will do fundraisers for him if he asks nicely.
