I got the information from Politifact and used that to come up with this spreadsheet.

Scoring was calculated as follows:
True comments get +3 points
Mostly True (M True) = +2
Half True (H True) = +1
Mostly False (M False) = -1
False = -2
Pants On Fire (POF) = -3

To determine Comment Average, Total Score was divided by Total Comments. If someone scores 0, it means they are equally likely to tell a lie as tell the truth.

...so the thing my dog dropped in the yard this morning has more credibility than Santorum, Cruz, Trump or Carson.

No one who quotes one as proof why they should be elected.

Haha, pretty much. Your dog is a genius compared to those four.

so pols lie and the electorate tolerates them while screaming like a scladed cat when the opposition lies.

I'd say the electorate is well trained and the pols have evolved to take advantage.

Hey you can keep your doctor, save 2,500$$ and the attack was caused by a video....and still be re-elected.

then there are lies, wordsmithing, literal and figurative interpretation and the media propaganda machine. So who knows when a lawyer is really lying?

Maybe ban lawyers from politics?

Oh, look at that, the more right wing you are, the more you lie. Already knew this, however. Jindal is an exception, but that's probably why he has 0% support. And he's been lying for decades on how "Bobby" was derived from "Piyush".

Let me bookmark this thread. Might come in handy in one of the 4,503 thread started each day that start with "Hillary is a liar, blah, blah, cankles, blah, blah, King, blah, blah".

It's not that simple!!!

First you have to pick up what your dog dropped and examine it closely. Involve as many senses as possible.
Touch, sight, smell, taste is optional and recommend only for those who require the whole truth and nothing but the whole truth.

Then you have to compare it to something. So do the same with what was dropped by your neighbors dog.

Now that you have your sh*t together you will be able to enter third grade in several years as soon as your dad gets promoted to forth. But the important thing is to get this on film. Then when someone tells you, as we know they invariably will, you don't know sh*t. You have the proof they are wrong. You will know your sh*t and can provide more details than they will generally require.
The side benefit is your now qualified to serve on the Supreme Court. You have done your homework and now the sky is the limit. Pile it up as high as you want and good luck. You earned it and no one can give you any sh*t.

Exactly....the questions one was asked is important for this to have any relevance.

Also, who is determining what is truthful and what isn't.

Also, the way this is figured......half of Hillary's answers were not true but yet she ends up in second on a truth scale?

Yeah put this one in the same pile with the dog crap.
