This is a 9 point drop since 10/19 but a far cry from NBC/WSJ numbers. Seems like they are going to Carson. Those at the “noise level” aren’t going anywhere. Rubio the new media heartthrob is at 7.

These polls mean nothing to me because I would never take part in one and I suspect there are a lot of people like me who do not answer political calls.
