Apparently a lot of people care what color Obama is, because they can use that to denigrate his accomplishments.

Silly white Republicans. This is why no minority takes you seriously. You think parading an Uncle Tom, Uncle Chan, or Tio Juan or Mrs. Daisy is going to get people to vote for your party you are SORELY mistaken. To even think that parading The Help around is going to get minorities to vote for you is insulting at best.

No thanks. If I want to live in a theocracy, I'll move to Iran.

Beg to differ. Blacks are better off with Obama and that's why they voted him. NOT FOR HIS SKIN COLOR
1. Get out of jail free card with non-violent crime
2. Raising minimum wage
3. Healthcare for all
4. Supports BLM

Yep. This is why the right will never win the minority vote. In one breath they insult and demean black voters by declaring they only voted for the president because of the color of his skin, and then in the next breath they claim they can't understand why minorities won't vote for them.

There's a good reason blacks, who typically vote Democratic, won't be supporting a far right candidate like Ben Carson. But the myopic right wingers won't for the life of them ever be able to figure out what that is, because they are the ones who only see color.

The alternative belief is that Black voters voted for Obama because they carefully had studied his policies and his voting record and thought that his beliefs closely represented their own.

Does ANYONE believe that?

No, because racists don't really debate, they only hate.

96% of black voters in 2008 voted for Obama.

88% of black voters in 2004 voted for Kerry.

90% of black voters in 2000 voted for Gore.

Look, the facts show that the vast majority of black voters have decided they prefer Democratic candidates over Republican candidates, and race has VERY little to do with it.

That's probably the best way I've ever heard it put.

maybe if you are a race baiter.

Black people do not hold ourselves to a lower standard than the rest of society. I dont know you, so my best analysis of what you 2 are saying is that you are viewing acknowledgement of societal struggles as acceptance and I can assure you that the 2 of those are not the same, but you should be able to interprete that yourselves just as you do of any other conflict.

either you dont want to, or you dont care and you are as I said before, race baiters.
