1. Virginia is not a solidly blue state. Mark Warner, a popular Virginia Senator, was nearly voted out of office by an unknown Ed Gillespie in a race that was not heavily funded by the RNC. The race came within a few percentage points of Gillespie winning, yet it was expected that Warner would win by a huge margin. Secondly, the voters of Virginia rebuked their governor's call for gun control two days ago by keeping the state senate Republican. Hillary, as you probably know, is big on gun control. How will that play out in Virginia?
2. Nevada has a very popular Hispanic Republican Governor by the name of Brian Sandoval. Governors can make or break a state flipping to one side or another. He's Hispanic, Republican, and very popular with Nevadans. You o the math.

Virginia was solid red just a view years ago. Now, it is either purple or blue, as educated liberals move to its DC suburbs.
Seniors aren't solid in the Republican column. Many migrate from the North East where they were Democrats. Seniors care a great deal about Social Security and Medicare, two programs the GOP is constantly attacking and calling recipients moochers.

Exactly. This has been the most unpredictable election cycle in my lifetime. Did anyone think Trump would be a frontrunner, a socialist would present a formidable challenge to the party's longtime frontrunner, Walker would be the second to drop out of the race, etc.? The whole email scandal adds a bit more unpredictability to an already unpredictable election cycle.

Independents only make up 29% of the last election. Democrats make up 38%, theoretically, a Democrat could get trounced in the independent vote and still be elected president.

Saying that a terrorist organization is responsible for the recruitment of the individuals is not the same as saying the video was not one of the tools they used to recruit those people.

In the GOP? I am not surprised, low informed voters that thrive off fear based campaigning are plentiful in the GOP and are flocking to Trump and Carson.

Except that didn't happen. No one even knew the video existed until after the attack. The video was a complete ruse to divert attention away from Obama and his re election where he was telling Americans that he had kept us safe for the last 4 years and prevented attacks. Remember binladen is dead and gm is alive nonsense he was spouting over and over on the campaign trail, couldn't let anything derail that fine slogan. So Hillary and others from his administration went out to tell America that the protest on 9/11 was because of some video on YouTube that was seen like 90 times up to that point was the sole cause and terrorists were not involved.
