There are people Trump says he would deport living in homes worth hundreds of thousands of dollars in places like CA. They work hard, pay taxes and their mortgages and have a piece of the American dream: home ownership.
Nothing wrong in deporting their illegal alien kind; if a US citizen breaks the law and loses his assets through seizure, why should people who have NO right to be in the US be treated any better?

Too bad!

I don't care how hard they work or how many taxes they pay, they have no business being here. Period. They are not entitled to "have a piece of the American Dream".

Illegals have secured ITINs using fraudulent docoments:

IRS workers OK "phony" documents from illegal immigrants - 13 WTHR Indianapolis

Anything an illegal alien obtains in this country, like a home, is an ill-gotten gain. Owning a home does not make their illegal presence in this country okay. If they get deported (like they should be) their homes need to be confiscated. However, I'm sure that they will be able to sell them and take the proceeds from their ill-gotten gains minus the taxes.

Oh....that's the plan? Seize the property of people who are paying taxes and pumping money into the economy?

Has Trump said that? Lol....he says that and Hillary can start picking out new drapes. Which is something the Republicans who actually understand the electoral process know.

It doesn't matter if Trump said that or not; IF he wins POTUS, he needs go after ILLEGAL aliens and HARD like he said he would. If that means stripping illegals of their assets they have NO right to, game on.

Hillary ain't a slam dunk, especially if things get worse under Obama. She's to the Dems what McCain was to the Repubs in 2008. Both are damaged goods IMHO.

Actually....they do have a right. The government recognizes them as legitimate property owners. They have the right to own property. You'll have to rip up the Constitution if you want to strip legal homeowners of their property.

Rotsa Ruck. You better hope you aren't next if your goal is to take away rights.

"Paying taxes and pumping money into the economy" --- at the expense of unemployed and underemployed Americans and legal immigrants.

Other criminals "pay taxes and pump money into the economy". When they get caught, they lose everything. Why should it be any different for illegal aliens?

Nope, a non-citizen has to be here legally in order to get a mortgage in our country. Links to follow.

Last I looked fire departments and libraries weren't turning down tax money paid by anyone regardless of their legal status. If your fire department does....expect slower response times.

Trump won't have the legal right to round up 12 million people and put them on buses headed south. The Constitution says he can't strip legal property owners of their homes. But go ahead and pull the lever next to his name if the thought of having Trump in the Oval Office makes you all tingly with excitement. I just popped in to explain how the undocumented get loans. You're welcome.

p.s. Most Hispanic mothers would not be happy if their young child was making videos giving people the finger. That was weird.

By law, they can be deported. They have no permanent domicile and residence in the U.S., as required by the WKA ruling. Period.

For the umpteenth time---no one is talking about rounding up the (well over) 12 million illegals and put them on buses headed south. First of all, not all of them are from Mexico, Central and South America. Assuming there were buses, they wouldn't work for those who are from other parts of the world.

Instead, make life so difficult for illegals that they would leave on their own accord. Make E-verify the law of the land and run everybody in the work force through it to weed out those 8 million no-match SSNs. Put an end to the whole anchor baby/birth tourism fiasco. Make sure that illegals can't tap into any welfare programs (and they do tap into them once they drop an anchor). If you couldn't find work or access any welfare programs, would you stay where you are?

Yeah the illegal aliens (not the undocumented---even you admit that some get ITINs) got liar loans during the housing bubble, then went into foreclosure. Of course, they promptly disappeared never to be found again.

And once again---when criminals get arrested for crimes, their property is confiscated to give money to their victims. Illegal aliens are criminals. Why should it be any different for them?

I can tell that Trump just about scares you to death. What is your dog in this fight?
