Go ask them. This is getting ridiculous. Obama was drug through the mud and still is, and he ISN'T EVEN RUNNING this time. There are reams of documentation about his life starting with his birth announcement.

When running for president, your life is going to be picked apart. Carson is ticked that he doesn't get special handling by the media. Get over it, or get out of the race.

Remeber when Hermain Cain got thrown off the bus for being a sleazeball? Carsons ego demands that others just accept anything he spews, its a trait of many high-powered docs.

I don't ever recall Obama whining like a five year old over the media scrutiny the way that Carson is. Isn't it the right who always complains about the other side playing the "victim" card all the time? No better example of victim mentality than Dr. Ben Carson right now.

And once he was the front runner, the DNC-run media dutifully closed ranks and did everything they could to get him elected.

Thanks for proving our point.

Good grief. Here it is eight years later and he is still being investigated by the right. Proving, just like with the never-ending Benghazi investigations, that it is never deemed enough by you guys.

Thanks for proving that point.

Thats not accurate, in 5 states you can sit for the bar under a provision called "reading the law". Only California, Maine, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington allow this. All other states require a degree from a Law School.

The Illinois law is very clear on their educational requirements to sit for the bar.

Quote:

Illinois Law

Legal Education. After the completion of both the preliminary and college work above set forth in paragraph (a) of this rule, each applicant shall have pursued a course of law studies and fulfilled the requirements for and received a first degree in law from a law school approved by the American Bar Association. Each applicant shall make proof that he has completed such law study and received a degree, in such manner as the Board of Admissions to the Bar shall require.

http://www.illinoiscourts.gov/Suprem...II.htm#Rule703
Since Obama had a licence in Illinois he had to have gone to law school in order to obtain said license.

Not to mention the heaps of historical records, data and first person accounts of Obama as a law student at Harvard.

There is more, but he spent more time teaching and doing activism than practicing law as an attorney at a firm arguing cases.

Nice try. The topic of this thread is assertion that we don't know anything about Obama because the media did not perform an intense background check of Obama. Its a demonstrably false assertion.

Really? Interesting that Clinton complained of this long before Carson did.
Clinton's campaign team complains the media has not scrutinized Obama closely : NPR

Make up your mind. These two things cannot be true at the same time -

1) the media never investigated obama
2) obama complains about the media investigating him
