"If elected, John Kasich says he will create a government agency to promote "Judeo-Christian values" worldwide. Kasich, who once lobbied his local Blockbuster to ban Fargo, envisions this new agency as part of his plan to defeat ISIS. The agency would “beam messages around the world” concerning Judeo-Christianity, aiming for places like China, Russia, Iran, and the Middle East, according to an NBC interview with the Ohio governor. This collection of locations is especially puzzling as most people would likely identify Iran as part of the Middle East, and Russia has no shortage of Christians."

”One day after urging the creation of a federal agency to promote ‘core Judeo-Christian, Western values,’ … Kasich said on Wednesday he instead would upgrade the existing Voice of America to ‘engage in the war of ideas’ against Islamic State.”

"Republican presidential candidate John Kasich has reversed course on his idea of a new government agency to spread "Judeo-Christian values." One day after proposing the idea, the Ohio governor said "a new agency" is not necessary, the Columbus Dispatch reported."

Kasich Moves Away From Proposal To Create New Government Agency - NBC News

Oooh, just what we need a GOVERNMENT agency pushing values.

Why, LauraC, even reference the completely irrelevant, Bogus old Blowhard Guvner, KaSick ??

He's now become like a spoiled brat, raging 3 yr. old, ranting annoyingly for some attention.

Kasich is done, a 'Never Was.' He does not deserve any more time or attention.

Let's Move On! 😎

This will disappoint a lot of people who saw Kasich as the 'moderate' Republican. Bye, John. Your time just ran out.

I think for Kasich, his original idea came out of left field. You know, throw stuff against the wall and see what sticks in desperate times for his campaign . He didn't think it through. No matter what new agency he's proposing to woo values voters he's alienating everyone else who thinks ANY new federal agency is a bad idea.

Kasich, like Bush, is an old Estabishment Elite puppet, Both so very "Politically Correct" 😜 whose 15 minutes of political authority has passed him by.

As the political polls reflect, neither Kasich or Bush have any significant impact in the eyes and ears and minds, of Conservatives. Hoping they both stop embarrassing themselves, families, and their States, and drop out of the picture, Sooner better than later.

Haven't both of them sucked out enough $$ of Tax paying people?
