"These brave people want nothing more than an end the war in Syria. They want to go back to their lives," Carson said in a campaign email, calling to action to his fellow Americans. "We must find a political end to this conflict."

This is it folks! This is the start of the end of Ben Carson in the GOP primaries - he has made the sacrilegious mistake of sympathizing with Muslim refugees!

No, you are wrong. We all sympathize with them. That doesnt mean we should ship them 8000 miles to a foreign culture.

"Though he proposes no immediate solution, he foreshadows a release of his own plan 'in the coming days' that will offer solutions to the 'Obama Clinton Administrations (sic) failed policies.'"

I guess we`ll just have to wait to see what his solution to the Obama/Clinton failed policies will be.

He's right. The US government needs to get off the pot and actively work to resolve the situation so they can stay home instead of providing cover to infiltrate terrorists into the west.

Actually allow terrorist targets to be attacked, no warning fliers, support the people fighting the terrorists, put some pressure on neighboring Arab countries to take out their own trash basically, provide some leadership for a change, and problem solved.

The terrorists are destroyed, the refugees go home, everybody's happy.

Ben Carson has a better handle on the situation now than the pretender to the throne in the white house will ever have.

Should help his ratings with folks that want results instead of just hyperbole.

Which war do they want to stop? The war against ISIS or the civil war? Are they really anxious to go back to living under a dictator?

Based on his past actions, he will actually come up with two plans.

The first plan will be roundly criticized as being totally unworkable and incoherent or stupid.

The second plan will sound exactly like Obama's -- but he'll claim Obama stole it from him.

Democrats are just mad because a Republican did this instead of Hillary. They are even more angry because it was a black Republican.

I hope he got his rabies shots before going. After all, he was going to be in the middle of a pack of rabid dogs.

This goes into better detail than the CNN article: Carson says Syrian refugees don't want to come to US | Fox News

My guess is that most want to stay in their country. That is where they belong. They need help in dealing with their problems rather than just transporting them to our country.

Carson has it right. He actually has compassion for the people and takes everyone's best interest in looking for a solution.
