The radio media outlets here have been reporting all day that Clinton staff accessed Bernie's stuff at the same time and are being given a pass by the DNC.

I think the DNC and the Clinton campaign thought this would hurt Sanders but it looks like it is backfiring on them.

Perhaps now the DEMs figure out that their party of choice is whack and corrupt. Nonetheless, the Liberal media will sugar coat this controversy as to not confuse the herd. You watch.

-Cheers.

The problem with thick-skinned people is that they don't care. You can have a ton of people objecting what they do, they will do it and make sure they'll achieve their goal.

13) In view of the national political importance of the Campaign -- and by extension,
the importance of the Voter Data and the Agreement -- the Agreement substantially restricts both
Parties’ rights of termination to cases of prolonged and voluntary breach. The Agreement states,
in relevant part:
Either party may terminate this Agreement in the event that the other party
breaches this Agreement; the non-breaching party sends written notice to the
breaching party describing the breach; and the breaching party does not cure the
breach to the satisfaction of the non-breaching party within ten (10) calendar days
following its receipt of such notice.
Exhibit A., ¶ 6(b) (emphasis added).

14) The Agreement does not permit either Party to suspend its performance of the
Agreement prior to terminating the Agreement in accordance with the provision above.

15) The Agreement does not permit either Party to terminate or suspend the
Agreement without notice, or without providing the breaching Party with the requisite
opportunity to cure.
Remember these are just allegations. He references an Exhibit A for the terms of the contract but they aren't publicly available (for obvious reasons).

Lets see how these hearings go. Bernie better be out there yelling and screaming about this tomorrow if he is serious about being president. This race is worth billions, this won't be a friendly put put game, it is a back stabbing knife on throat kind of deal and Bernie should be learning this now.

A very ignorant question: if Sanders doesn't get DNC nomination, can he withdraw from the party and change to an independent candidate? (I know unlikely, but technically speaking?)

This is how corrupt political parties self-destruct. No problem for me. Between Cruz,Trump and Clinton we are witnessing the utter worthlessness of both parties. Good riddance. I didn't plan on voting anyway.

But Debbie Wasserman Schultz, the chairwoman of the party committee, said that it was an indisputable fact that the Sanders campaign had gained access to information that it knew it was not entitled to. If the situation were reversed, she told CNN, the Sanders campaign would expect the same type of discipline of the Clinton campaign.
“The Sanders campaign doesn’t have anything other than bluster at the moment that they can put out there,” she told CNN on Friday. “It’s like if you found the front door of a house unlocked and someone decided to go into the house and take things that didn’t belong to them.”

Keep in mind that Debbie Wasserman "Sergeant" Schultz was the co-chair of Hillary's failed 2008 campaign. As I'm sure most of us recall in 2008, Monica Lewinsky's boyfriend's wife was blindsided by an upstart, one which Harry Reid lauded as "not having a negro dialect, unless he wanted one." Sergeant Schultz and Hillary cannot afford a repeat of that in 2016 -- first and foremost because Hillary is that much closer to dying, and 2020 is not a date she'll be around for.

It's starting to appear clear that the whole (D) debate schedule was simply designed to protect Monica Lewinsky's boyfriend's wife from another upstart making a run at her. Another loss in 2016 will cement Hillary as history's biggest loser, and Sarge and Hillary know it. They are as desperate as Hillary is confused.

Sadly, just like the incredibly ignorant Obamabots before them, the Hill-billys are more than willing to overlook all of the misdeeds of the soulless, ethically bankrupt Hillary Clinton.
