We received multiple telephone calls today with a recording telling us to go vote for McCain tomorrow. The funny thing is that Michigan's primary was two weeks ago. Why are they wasting their money calling us? Why do we get not one, but five such calls?

I suspect that McCain paid some company to make a certain number of calls, and they are just calling without any regard to where they are calling. they probably told him that they would make X million calls for Y dollars, but never told him where the calls would be directed. So they get credit for five phone calls to a household with two voters who already voted two weeks ago. How many millions more calls were wasted like this? Does McCain have such vast resources that he can afford to waste them like this?

If I remember correctly, McCain's campaign was $7million in debt at the end of the 4th quarter. He has no money. I think he mortgaged his soul to run the commercials he's got on now. I know he sold his donor list for a couple million back in November.

So why is he paying people to call voters in Michigan who already voted?

McCain's campaign is about to be sued for violating his own campaign reform laws.
