Sanders is very close to what candidate Obama claimed to be. The problem is candidate Obama is not who Obama was. (he lied)

Obama ignored the growing support of Reagan Democrats and Independents. Acknowledging that would acknowledge his failures.

The attitude of "White House insiders" dovetails perfectly with the attitude that Republicans and Trump supporters are nothing but moronic nativists who never understood the genius of Obama in the first place and anyway are probably white (and we know what that means). Neither Obama or the MSM seems to understand the extent of the political backlash underway.

Well, he has a point. Otherwise, the Republican establishment would be viable candidates. The Republican base has turned away from REPUBLICANS to embrace an outsider.

They were never going to vote for a Democrat to begin with.

Exactly this. Washington is of one mind, and its a hive mind, both Republicans and Democrats alike proving we have quite a broken system.

This political system needs to be done away with. Electing the worst president in history, while Republicans bow to his every whim and media carries water for him, is what started the current movement underway.

Default Obama: Republican obstruction, not me, is why Trump is leading

And once again, he's on target.

Not surprising that he is as delusional as the Left and the GOPe. Is he really so arrogant to believe that most Americans are fed up with his policies?!
Call me nuts, but his 47% approval rating says that "most Americans" are not fed up with his policies.

English is a terrific language, but it does take somewhat of a vocabulary to use correctly. This is the definition of the word "most", greatest in amount or degree. Basic math leads one to subtract from 100, the number 47, getting a solution of 53.

As in 53% disapprove which is "most"; as in greatest in amount or degree.

You are not nuts, just ill-educated.

Because they look at the issues and solutions being presented by the candidate.

ObamaCareNot is so much more flawed than that. It doesn't come close to doing what it was supposed to do and amounts to a pile of broken promises.

Again, the lying? Sociopath. And, we all know none of this was Obama but his puppet masters.

^^^That!!! So right. At least we can always thank those that have brought this issue, the corruption of both parties, front and center.

I think you might have meant to say "are" rather than "are not".

Looking at the latest poll, Approval Rating is down to 46% in one and 42% in the other: RealClearPolitics - 2016 Latest Polls The job of Congress is only a 40% approval thus, it appears that our citizens are getting wiser to the charade being pulled.

The congressional approval ratging is actually around 13%. Not that it matters since people hate Congress but keep re electing their representative.

And 47% approval for a end of second term presidency is pretty good. People may not like him, but overall he remains fairly popular despite what you hear in the echo chamber.
